No. Fluent calls Epicor's own v2 REST API from outside, the way any integration does. There is no customization to deploy, no BPM to install, no staging table and no import file. If you disconnect Fluent, nothing has to be uninstalled.

Your team creates the integration account and API key before we meet, and confirms the endpoint is reachable. On the call we create your Fluent team, you download the access scope and import it, and we test the connection together. Accounts and onboarding take about thirty minutes; most teams are reviewing documents the same day.

Fluent works with Epicor Kinetic through the v2 REST API, on-premise or Epicor-hosted. Agents read the OpenAPI definitions off your own instance rather than assuming a schema, so your customizations and user-defined fields come through as they are.
