About Fluent
Fluent is an AI automation platform for manufacturers and distributors. It is built and operated by Technology Coast Partners, LLC, an ERP consultancy in Miami, Florida that has spent its working life inside Epicor and the businesses that run on it.
What we build
Fluent agents read the documents a business already receives — supplier invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, sales orders, timesheets — and turn them into posted ERP transactions. An agent gets the same things a new employee would: an inbox, instructions written in plain language, a knowledge base, and access to the systems it needs. It then does the repetitive work that would otherwise be typed in by hand.
The platform covers accounts payable automation, sales order entry, packing slip and receipt processing, production time entry, data syncing between systems, and analytics over the data that results. Agents can also be embedded on a website or customer portal to answer questions using a company's own records.
Why ERP-specific
General-purpose document tools stop at extraction. Posting a document into an ERP is the hard part: it means resolving parts, suppliers, customers, tax codes and units of measure against live master data, respecting the currency the document was written in, and passing the same validation a human user would face. Fluent does that work against Epicor Kinetic, Prophet 21, SugarCRM and SQL data sources, and surfaces anything it cannot resolve for review rather than guessing.
That focus is deliberate. Automation that posts the wrong quantity, in the wrong unit, in the wrong currency is worse than no automation at all, so Fluent is built to be auditable: every field an agent fills in can be traced back to the document it came from and corrected by a person.
Built for agents as well as people
Fluent is meant to be driven programmatically. Everything the product does through its interface is also available through a public REST API, an official CLI, and an MCP server that exposes an agent's own tools to external Model Context Protocol clients. Authentication is by API key or by OAuth with scoped access tokens, so an integration can be granted only the access it needs.
The developer documentation, OpenAPI specification, versioning policy and rate-limit conventions are all published at stable URLs, and the site serves Markdown representations of its main pages to clients that ask for them.
